Returns

  1. Goods may be returned only when defective, damaged or if the Goods supplied are not the same Goods as ordered. If any defect in the Goods are discovered within a period of 7 (seven) days after delivery, this must be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible after the Goods having been delivered to you. If the Goods are not the same as what was ordered this must be reported within 24 (twenty four) hours of delivery. Any damage must also be immediately reported, within 24 (twenty four) hours of delivery.
  2. If the Goods have been approved by us in accordance with the provisions of clause 17.1 for return, we will notify you and will arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you.
  3. If you are returning Goods via courier you must package it carefully so that it does not become damaged enroute. Please include the Returns Request Number and a copy of your original invoice with any return.
  4. Nothing in this clause 17 or the Terms and Conditions in any way limits your rights in terms of section 56 read with section 55 of the CPA.
